Tibetan Energy and Vitality – One Day Workshop (28th of February)

How to quickly bring energy into your life using ancient wisdom?

It is the time of the year when most people “have declared” their New Year’s resolutions. Getting fit is one of them and we all know well that the gyms will be full the first week of January and that by the 3rd week of January, life will have kicked in and most of us will have forgotten about “our vitality” and “commitment to ourselves”.

And, yet, we are all looking, craving, wanting more of that ‘energy’ which wants us out of bed, activates our brains, takes us to our next project.

Q> What if we could show you five exercises backed up with proper breathing which would not only give you the right amount of energy you crave for everyday but also store enough for you to never feel sluggish ?

Q> What if you could learn easy and yet powerful ancient skills which will relieve that ‘old recurring pain’ and reset your energy system?

Q >What if we could teach you how to help others to feel better and move on with their lives in the most powerful ways?

Looking and feeling better is one reason why we seek to improve our energy level. Low energy, fatigue, pain and loss of motivation are all signs that our body is functioning at less than its best.

We do many things to improve our energy:

Eat healthy food

  1. Drink 8 glasses of filtered water every day
  2. Exercise to stimulate our muscles, improve our blood circulation and improve lymph flow
  3. Use relaxation techniques to reduce our stress

And, there are many different energy-flow pathways in the body:

Food flows along the intestinal tract

Blood flows along the pathways of arteries, capillaries and veins

Air flows in and out the bronchial pathways

Lymph flows along lymphatic vessels

Neurotransmitters flow along nerve pathways

Prana, Chi or Ki flows along meridians

We know that although there are today there is a strong movement towards ‘complementary medicine” with more research being done around it, present-day medical scientific thinking still relies on a Newtonian or mechanistic model of the body Einstein’s recognition that all matter is energy and that matter and energy are expressions of the same universal substance requires a new look at the human body.

The animating life-force or Prana is an energy not explained by the mechanistic model. Western science’s inability in the past to deal with the vital forces which animate the human frame is just part of the schism between East and West and science and religion.

Accepting that human beings are beings of energy allows new ways of dealing with health and disease (or dis-ease)

The development of lasers, holograms (energy interference patterns in which every piece contains the whole) and the realization that every cell of the human body duplicates this principle with the DNA molecule, adds evidence for using energy to correct matter with energy. (Matter is only frozen energy.)

We know now that in Kirlian photography or electrography, living objects are photographed in the presence of a high frequency, high voltage, low amperage energy field.

We believe that by combining the technology, and computer programs that developed the CAT scan, (positron Emission Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging) with Kirlian photography (or a development of it) the machinery will soon exist to produce the evidence for the power and benefits of these ancient techniques.

Most of our ancestors around the world have used many things as part of their medical system. Among these are healing tetras, herbs, flowers. The Tibetans in the Himalayas, have worked for centuries with vitality exercises and acupuncture. They powerfully claim to have imported their acupuncture art to China.

We know today, that the body knows how to heal itself, and for this it needs ‘Energy”.

Tibetan Energy and Vitality has been taught around the world, books have been written about it. The people of Tibet have practiced them and because of powerful results, they have been exported and practiced around the world.

Dr. Bruce and Joan Dewe, using the skills of professional kinesiology, have combined a number of techniques such as the Five Tibetan Vitality Exercices, Tibetan Energy Skills with the figure 8 using muscle testing to find ‘which way” to improve health and well-being.

Working with the Figure 8 energy flow and testing for disturbances (or for learning disorders), understanding the healing effect of sound, spinning vortices, nutrition and supplements for energy stamina and vitality is truly vital today.

Designed by Dr. Bruce and Joan Dewe to teach easy, practical stress management techniques, this one day fully experiential K-Power workshop helps pass on ancient powerful practices in a modern environment tapping into the energy available to all.

Our interest in this workshop is not ‘bigger muscles, six packs abdominals, or ‘flat stomach”, it is “better vitality” and ‘better energy”. It is about on to obtain, maintain and improve it by becoming more aware of our being and its special needs. Want more energy, because with it, the rest can happen in a more sustainable and happy way.

We will teach you ‘which way”.
